1) How do I share videos or books?
With a StoryBots membership, you can choose to share your book by clicking on "Share Book" at the end of the story.
After casting a star and selecting a Starring You video, you are able to share using the share buttons to the left of the video.
2) I can't view my videos.
Please ensure that you have the latest version of Flash installed. Visit Adobe's site to check.
Updating your current browser usually resolves these types of issues.
3) I forgot my password.
Visit the reset password page on StoryBots, enter the email address you used when you signed up with StoryBots and click the "RESET" button. You will then be emailed a new password to login with. From there, you can go into My Account and update your password.
Please check your spam folder in case you don't see our password reset email in your inbox.
